DEED OF SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

                This Deed of Sale made and entered into by and between:

            That for in consideration of the amount of  TEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php.10,000.00) Philippine Currency and other Valuable Consideration of which is hereby acknowledge by the VENDOR do hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY and by these presents do hereby SOLD, TRANSFERRED an CONVEYED unto the VENDEE the said Motor Vehicle.

           

That VENDOR hereby warrants thru the said Motor vehicle free form any liens and  encumbrances and that the VENDOR will defend the title and rights of the VENDEE from any claims of whatever kind or nature from third person.
